Alex and I were pretty lazy today and decided to have Bertolli® Shrimp, Asparagus & Penne from the freezer aisle, after seeing many of their commercials. We were super curious if it would meet our standards. Turned out, it was super easy to prepare. We only had to cook it on the stove top for 9 minutes and then dinner was ready. Pasta was perfectly cooked. I wish that there were more vegetables and shrimps weren’t too robbery. However, at the end of the day, it was a frozen meal. I would definitely like to try their other dishes, when we are feeling lazy again.
